Booking Conditions

Low Season; Cancellation made between 14 & 07 days prior to arrival date; no cancellation fee. Cancellation made between 07 days and 72 hrs of arrival date; cancellation fee is one night Cancellation less than 72 hrs of arrival date; cancellation fee is 50% of the full length of stay Shoulder Season; Cancellation made between 30 & 14 days prior to arrival date; cancellation fee is one night. Cancellation made between 14 days and 07 days of arrival date; cancellation fee is two nights. Cancellation less than 07 days of arrival date; cancellation fee is 50% of the full length of stay. High Season; Cancellation made between 120 & 90 days prior to arrival date; cancellation fee is one night. Cancellation made between 90 & 46 days prior to arrival date; cancellation fee is two nights. Cancellation made less than 45 days of arrival date; cancellation fee is 50% of the full length of stay. Cancellation less than 15 days of arrival date; cancellation fee is 100% of the full length of stay. a) “No-Show” or “Early departure in Low/ High & Peak season”; 100% cancellation of the full length of stay will apply b) Any cancellation by client/ guest must be advised in writing. c) Cancellation will only come into effect on the day written advice is received d) Upon receipt of written cancellation, the following charges will be payable by the client/ guest depending on the number of days prior to arrival. Caution concerning booking in the Pool Villas: The Pool Villas are situated some 60 meters above sea level in a serene rainforest and offers unrivalled ocean views & magnificent sunsets. The Villas have all steep drop-off from the terraces and infinity pool so parents with young children who wish to book such Villas should be aware that they will have to be especially vigilant in safeguarding their young ones & toddlers from these potential dangers.
